I am currently a second year student of EdD TESOL programme. I work as a civil servant for the Government of Kuningan city, West Java province, Indonesia and also teach as a part time lecturer/teacher in Universitas Kuningan and in an English language learning centre in my hometown.

I earned both my bachelor and Master degree from Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung, Indonesia majoring in English Linguistics.

My research interests include: individual differences of language learners, language learning styles and teaching strategies. My mini-scale research based paper, 'Willingness to Communicate (WTC): Teachers' beliefs, roles and teaching strategies' was presented to Graduate School of Education (GSE) Conference, University of Exeter, on April 2015 and to Teaching English as a Foreign Language in Indonesia (TEFLIN) Conference in Bali, Indonesia, in September 2015.
