I commenced my PhD in Law in September 2014. My PhD is based on insurance law and  the effectiveness of the Road Traffic Act, the Motor Insurance Directives and the Insurance Act on regulating exclusions.

My other main core interest is in relation to Driverless Cars. I am currently co-authoring a book called 'law and driverless cars' to be released 2017/2018. I have written several articles on Motor Insurance in journals such as New Law Journal, British Insurance Law Association Journal, and Personal Injury Law Brief Update Journal.

I am also a member of the Motor Insurance Working Party at the Association International De Droit Des Assurances and have presented in Paris and Helsinki.

 

I am interested in Insurance Law generally , RTA insurance, Europeanisation of Insurance Law and Commercial Law.

I co-teach on the LLM EU Motor Insurance Module, have taught European Union Law, Essay Writing Skills and 'State of Britain'
